    Primary Duties　工作职责
　　1）Steering, controlling and coaching the definition, development and implementation of production processes;
　　2）Transferring design from R&D to production (New project and Change Request);
　　3）Implementing new production technologies regarding PE;
　　4）Developing and maintaining production documentation (DMR, Master plan, FMEA etc.);
　　5）Developing tooling, equipment and new technology including documentation and validation;
　　6）Giving support to QM to ensure that governmental and internal regulatory are followed;
　　7）Taking care for production layout (working area);
　　8）Participating supplier audits;
　　9）Steering and controlling the rework of failed components;
　　10）Giving PE expert knowledge input to other departments and customer.
    Requirements　职位要求
　　1）Solid background on Electronics;
　　2）Can design PCB and Testing device for special purpose;
　　3）Quick response for problems solving;
　　4）Good English skill of speaking and writing;
　　5）Good sense of team work.
　　学历：本科毕业，或者硕士研究生毕业
　　专业方向： 电子电路设计
　　能力经验： 能够独立分析、设计电路板。
