朗盛的14个业务部
自2013年1月1日起，朗盛现有的13个业务部将增至14个。工业橡胶制品(TRP)业务部将一分为二。Keltan弹性体(KEL)将成为一个独立的业务部，仅包括三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)产品，以体现三元乙丙合成橡胶业务在全球日益突出的重要性。KEL业务部将由工业橡胶制品业务部现任负责人卫国涛博士执掌，在荷兰、中国、美国、德国和巴西的工厂员工人数将达到600名左右。
在中国，朗盛斥资2.35亿欧元建设一座三元乙丙橡胶生产工厂，该项目一旦满负荷生产，未来年销售额有望实现4亿欧元。三元乙丙橡胶在汽车业中被广泛应用，例如：雨刮器、车门密封等，而中国是目前世界上最大的汽车生产国。该工厂总投资2.35亿欧元（约合人民币18.5亿元），设计年产能16万吨，是迄今为止朗盛在中国最大的单笔投资项目。新工厂已从当地主管部门取得所有必要的许可证，预计将于2015年建成投产，并创造200个就业岗位。 新的三元乙丙橡胶工厂选址江苏省常州滨江工业园区，该园区拥有良好的仓储和装卸设施。园区内一家在建的甲醇制烯烃（MTO）工厂将为朗盛供应主要原材料—乙烯和丙烯。MTO工艺是生产乙烯和丙烯的一种新方法，通常这些原材料是由炼油厂生产的。约2,000名工人将投入到三元乙丙橡胶工厂建设中。

任职资格：1、博士及以上学历；
2、精通英语；
3、博士期间为高分子合成方向，有橡胶改性合成经验优先；
岗位职责：1、确保办公环境安全、整洁、健康，针对风险隐患及时采取有效的改善措施
2、设计操作一系列实验、分析数据并优化实验步骤，撰写实验成果报告。
3、为现有实验方法提出改善意见，提升实验有效性，集思广益提出新方案。
4、熟悉实验设备操作及维护，向包括技术专家等人提供设备操作指导。
5、项目管理。
薪 资：应届毕业年薪20-25W，具体面谈。

Position: R&D Scientist, INN
Major Tasks:
- HSE: Keep working environment safe, secure, clean and healthy.
- Identify and report potential unsafe situations and take immediate actions or suggests improvements when applicable.
- Experimental Reporting: To achieve the set goals, could develop a series of experiment with the help of tools like Design of Experiment (DOE), data analysis and optimization.
- Completed report should meet the level of external publication or patent application.
- Creativity: Leverage technical information through reporting, publication, internal knowledge sharing, in order to increase the overall expertise of the organization.
- Take initiative to develop new and further improve current experimental methods.
- Creatively integrates different ideas and perspectives.
- R&D facility: Skilled in equipment and instrument operation, calibration and maintenance.
- Take initiative and work with peers to develop new and improve current operation procedures.
- Provide on-demand training to others including technical experts, customer seminar etc.
- Project management: With support of project manager, identify specific action steps and accountabilities, set up time line and milestone.

- Lab manager/supervisor and Lab Technicians.
- Lab specialist for their mixing needs & requirements.
- Equipment vendors, service engineers, etc.
Requirements:
- PhD in Rubber Technology, Polymer Material Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0~3 years experience in rubber compounding, organic or polymeric synthesis, instrument analysis etc.
- Familiar with regular chemical analysis instruments, polymer testing and processing equipments.
- Good team working skill, communication and presentation skill.
- Good English skill, oral and written.
- Good in data management.
- Self-disciplined, Conscientious, Teamwork spirit, Initiative.
- Mature and able to work independently with self-initiatives.
