关于征集2008三井化学短期研修生的通
三井化学将在我院挑选一名学生赴日本三井化学公司进行短期研修，具体情况见下文。请有意向的同学于7月10日下午5点前把申请表电子版以及纸质版直接交到学工部李老师处，逾期将不再受理。

Please be informed that Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. will provide students with an internship program this summer. We hope that it will enhance your interest in Japanese companies and MCI’s current business activities. The details of the application are as follows:
1. Purpose
To help students to understand some aspects of Japanese companies and also our company’s corporate culture and our current business activities through our internship program as firsthand experience.
2. Details of Internship
1) Scope and numbers of interns
Scope: Students at your University masters course whose expected to finish with excellence in scholarship the first year in July 2008. Target majors to include Chemical Engineering and Material Science.
Numbers: up to 1 person per school
2) Language Skills
Someone who has University English level 6 or University Japanese level 4
3) Schedule
Current - June, 20th 2008: Application period (Application form shall be submitted to the contact person bellow. E-mail also accepted)
June 23rd- June 27th 2008: Interviews in
Beginning of July: Interns will be decided and informed.
Middle of July- middle of August: Preparations for the travel
3. Internship Period/ Location
1) Period: September 1st to September26th (Details will be informed later)
2) Internship Location: Works or R&D Labs of MCI
4. Internship allowance and Accommodation
4,000 yen per day will be paid.
Travelling expenses will not be paid.
