Position: Top Sales Trainee 销售菁英培训生 
Location: Guangzhou 

培训目标：培养普莱克斯未来的销售精英。培训时间为期 2 年，将会在普莱克斯内部不同职能部门进行轮岗，并为之配备职业教练进行销售演习，拟培养成为华南区负责人。

招募对象 ：全国各大院校优秀的 2014 年应届毕业生，并对销售工作十分热爱。 


岗位要求： 
§Education 教育背景 
-Bachelor or above Degree 本科或以上 
-Chemical, Engineering, Business Management, etc 化工，机械，工商管理等专业； 

§Competencies 能力资格 
- Integrity and Trust : honor, truthful and trusted 正直守信 
- Perseverance: Full of energy, drive and seldom give up even in a very challenging environment; 充满热情，自我驱动，不放弃 
-Interpersonal Savvy: can build up relationship with all kinds of people; 能与不同风格的人沟通

- Personal Learning: Always Eager to learn and can quick used in practice; 学习力极强 
- Mobility: Can work in 2nd tire and 3rd city in future and willing to travel; 未来愿意在二三线城市工作，并乐意出差 §Knowledge & Skill 技能要求 
- Fluent English communication and written; 英语听说读写流利 
- Be good at MS Office software; Office 软件使用熟练 
- Driving License will be preferred; 有驾照者优先
