Welcome to the 2023 Pre-ICMM Symposium on "Emerging Research on Molecule-Based Magnets: From Theory to Experiment". This event serves as a warm-up for the 18th International Conference on Molecule-Based Magnets (ICMM 2023) and will be held in Guangzhou, China, from September 7th to 9th, 2023. It is a great honor and pleasure for me to host this symposium and to welcome all of you.
The 2023 Pre-ICMM Symposium will feature invited talks by leading experts and rising stars in the field of Molecule-Based Magnets. The aim of this symposium is to provide an overview of the current state-of-the-art and future perspectives of this exciting research area, as well as an academic forum for researchers interested in the interdisciplinary field of molecular magnetism to share their latest findings, foster scientific exchange and collaboration.
The Pre-ICMM Symposium will cover various topics related to Molecule-Based Magnets, such as:
- Single-molecule magnets
- Spin crossover and spin transition
- Molecular quantum spintronics
- Molecular qubits
- Theoretical modeling and simulation
