科研方向

主要从事的学科领域为生物医用高分子材料与组织工程。
研究兴趣包括可吸收功能聚酯的设计与合成、神经组织工程(中枢神经、外周神经)、眼科中基因/药物的纳/微米传输。
产业化方向包括:高强度可吸收骨折内固定器件(骨螺钉、克氏针、骨板等)、可吸收高分子植入器械(膜、片、夹等)以及各类二类医疗器械。
在研项目包括:NSFC-广东联合基金重点项目、国家自然科学面上基金、广东省科技计划重点科技专项等。

科研项目

主要学术成绩
多年从事可吸收聚乳酸类材料的合成、加工与应用。在神经组织工程研究中,课题组设计构建出具有纳米纤维结构的多通道神经导管,并实现了生长因子的温和固定与零级释放,这种模仿了天然神经基质结构的神经导管其功能在外周和脊髓损伤修复中得到很好的验证。课题组在可吸收聚乳酸类材料的结构与性能方面有很好的积累,研发的高强度可吸收内固定器械已经产业化。
