报告人简介:

Dr Huiyu Yuan is currently a postdoctoral researcher starting from 2017 in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China. He received his PhD degree at the University of Twente, the Netherlands under the supervision of Professor Dr. Johan E. ten Elshof in 2016. Since then, he joined a project for one year to fabricate high performance piezoelectric microelectromechanical systems (piezoMEMS) based on 2D oxides in the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology at the University of Twente. His research interests are currently focused on the fabrication of 2D oxides and related materials, and their application in energy conversion and storage devices, and in nanoelectronics devices.
